Refunds and Exchanges

Shinn Jewellery takes care to ensure that what you receive is faithful to its item description. Each item is made to order and uniquely hand-fabricated, so there may be minor differences between your order and the product photos.

Refunds

All sales are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1- We accept exchanges of 

  • rings that are of the wrong size due to our oversight; and

  • items damaged during shipping. 

2- We do not accept exchanges of 

  • earrings due to hygiene reasons;

  • rings that do not fit due to the customer’s oversight. Please ensure the ring size that you provide us is accurate before you place your order;

  • items damaged by the customer; and

  • customised orders.

3- No refunds shall be given if you exchange your order with an item of a lower value. The customer will be invoiced for the balance if the exchange is done with an item of higher value.

4- Purchased items can only be returned once.

5- If you have concerns with your purchase, kindly inform us via email at info@shinnjewellery.com within 5 working days upon receipt of your order, so that we can get in touch with you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Thereafter, if you would like to initiate an exchange, please dispatch your order to us within the following 7 working days.

The item must be unworn, with no sign of damage or wear, and in its original packaging.

6- The cost of return delivery to Shinn Jewellery in the event of an exchange shall be borne by the customer; shipping of the exchanged product to the customer will be borne by us.
