Shipping and delivery
As each item is handmade to order by Shin (except ready-to-ship items), please allow time for production and dispatch.

Pick up at studio: Free of charge (please contact Shin to arrange a date and time)
Courier delivery with tracking: $5 for orders below $150; 1-3 working days upon completion of item
Free delivery for orders $150 and above; 1-3 working days working days upon completion of item

All international orders will be shipped via international courier service with a tracking number.

International shipping fees DO NOT include any import duties or taxes. Customers are fully responsible for any fees levied in their home country. As Shinn Jewellery is unable to provide the exact amount payable, please contact your local authorities.

Should you have a change of mind and would like to request a return or an exchange of the item, please contact Shinn Jewellery within 3 days of receiving the item. The item should be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging; otherwise it will not be accepted for any returns or exchanges. Commissioned and customised items are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Upon confirmation of the request for a return or exchange, the item should be shipped by the customer to Shinn Jewellery within 7 days of confirmation. The shipping fee to return the item shall be borne by the customer.
For exchanges, the dispatch fee of the replacement item is also borne by the customer. Dispatch will be arranged only upon receipt of the re-delivery cost.

Should there be any manufacturing faults or sizing errors by the studio, please contact Shin within 3 days of receiving the item, with photos of the item, to arrange an exchange or repair. In such cases, shipping fees shall be borne by Shinn Jewellery.
Items that are defective due to wear and tear or the customer’s mishandling are not eligible for refunds or exchanges in any circumstances. Similarly, commissioned items made to measurements inaccurately supplied by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. Repair or rectification of such items (if possible upon assessment of items) will incur a charge. Please contact Shinn Jewellery for more information.
